Air transport — Warsaw Convention
Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to international air transport. First major air carrier liability regime (passengers, baggage, cargo), notably amended by the 1955 Hague Protocol. Largely superseded by the Montreal Convention but still applicable between States not parties to it.
