Air transport — Montreal Convention

Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to international air transport, adopted on 28 May 1999, in force since 4 November 2003. Modernises and replaces the Warsaw system between State parties: strengthened carrier liability, indemnity thresholds in Special Drawing Rights, better passenger protection.
