Reform pillars
1. Digitalisation of procedures
General rollout of the ORBUS 3 single electronic window, dematerialisation of import and export titles, integration with the GAINDE 2000 platform.
2. Customs regime simplification
Reduction of economic regimes and alignment with ASYCUDA World, used in over 90 developing countries.
